Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing & processing the monthly payrolls for staff for 2000 employees in UAE & internationally
• Incharge of wage protection system.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary calculation and payment for all employees.
• Recording personnel costs in the financial ledgers on monthy basis.
• Preparation of payroll journals for ledger accounts and summary of all personnel costs,divisions and summary reports for finance of notable balance sheet accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconcilations and ensure all employees pays are processed
through bank.
Preparation of audit schedules for the year .
• Co ordinating with HR & administration for recruitment, training & HR development, performance monitoring and appraisal, compensation & benefits,employee & labour relation etc.
• Co ordinating with Ministry of labour for any other payroll and labour issues.
• Preparation of leave salary ,flight, bonus of employees and Managers.
• Reconciling payments to payroll & ledgers
• Resolving all payroll related issues locally & internationally.
• Preparing accruals for all payroll benefits on annual basis.
• Keeping proper record of all the transaction of the Co like sales,
Purchases, petty cash, Payments & Receipts etc…
