QC Engineer, QC Supervisor, API Inspector

I have been applied for the position of Plant Inspector/Senior QC Engineer. I would like to offer my services for the same. I have more than Twenty six years experience in Quality Control activities at various Steel Fabrication, Oil and Gas industries. I have been working in U.A.E., Sultanate of Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait & Syria for more than Eighteen and half years. New constructions, In-service, Regular maintenance and shutdown/ Turn-around inspection of Pipe lines, Pressure vessels, Drums, Heat exchangers & other Static equipment
I have worked as an API INSPECTOR / QC ENGINEER for Aramco, Dolphin, Qatar gas, Rina-Italy, Ras gas & AIOC projects with J.Ray McDermott, Dubai. (Hired from SGS Dubai) which include as QC Inspector for Khursaniyah to Abu Ali, Sub-sea Pipe lines 20 KM length in Aramco Saudi offshore, Common condensate facilities project sub-sea Pipe lines in QATAR offshore and RAS GAS Offshore expansion project phase-2, WH6 & WH8 Export Pipe line in 54 KM length (Qatar Offshore). QC supervisor for installation of Jackets, platforms, production Decks, Bridge, FBE internal coated Sub-sea pipe line laying and Tie-in Spools installation works in Aramco Saudi offshore.

Worked as Third Party Inspector for clients such as GASCO, ZADCO, BOROUGE, Samsung, ER Sai, Fisia, Rina Italy, L&T, JGC, Al-Khafji, Claugh, etc in UAE. I was working as a Third party QC Engineer for Hayan Petroleum, Jihar Gas treatment plant project Stage-2 & Stage-3 in SYRIA

# Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,(Government Polytechnic, Trichy, Tamil nadu, India)

# AWS Senior certified welding Inspector SCWI (Valid till July 2016)
# API 510 certified Pressure vessel Inspector, USA (Valid till July 2015)
#API 570 certified Piping Inspector, USA (Valid till December 2016)
# ASNT level-2 as per SNTC-1A certified in the following NDT methods
# PT, MT, RT & UT (Valid till October 2014)
# NACE certified Coating Inspector CIP-1

I have more than Twenty six years experience in Quality Control activities at various power, Oil and gas industries of new construction, In-service, Regular maintenance and shutdown/ Turn-around inspection of Pipe lines, Pressure vessels, Drums, Heat exchangers & other Static equipment. Stage-wise inspection for new construction and installation of offshore structures such as Jackets, platforms, production decks, bridges, walkways, manufacturing of Steam boilers and other pressure parts, pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks, etc.
