oGive full support to accountants
oReviewing Treasury, banking and payables cycle.
oInvoices control with contracts and governmental procedures.
oNegotiations with government authority (EGPC) in cost recovery issues.
oReviewing bank reconciliation.
oAccounts receivable & payable Analysis.
oSupporting governmental auditor in primarily cost recovery discussions
oMonthly corporate allocation percentage.
oEnd of the year Inventory count
oControlling end of the year fixed assets count.
oIntercompnay Balance with head office
oPreparing cash report in monthly basis
oTender evaluation committee
oControlling all bank accounts.
ofollowing up letter of guarantees in and out
oControlling all payments, procedures, applying company & government policies & procedures.
oReporting the cash position and cash report on monthly basis with a direct communication with Head Office
oPreparing the taxes like salary taxes and withholding taxes.
oAccount payable analysis & reconciliation

oFamiliar with the following accounting systems “people soft – great plains – sun system”
oFamiliar with cost recovery issues.
