Job description: Managing the construction of pipe racks, issuance and confirm the construction procedures and QA/QC procedures.

Job description: I was working with GS Company (Korean Co.). Managing of PWHT and preparing the procedures were my responsibilities.

Job description: I was managing including technical office (piping & civil), QA/QC and planning.
From 21/6/2004 to 21/10/2005: ZAVIR CONSULTING ENG. Co and AZZAN CONSORTIUM (South pars area – assaluyeh)
Project: Offsite and Interconnection of MOBIN Petrochemical Co.
Position: QA/QC manager
Job description: I was manager of QA/QC department. However, I interpreted all of radiographic images of weld joints (for pipes and tanks). I inspected PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) on all of weld joints in the low alloy steel pipe lines. I have prepared test packages for pipe lines and steel storage tanks. I prepared WPS(s) and PQR(s) for all of materials that they’ve used in this project.
I master on all of ASME, AWS, API, ASTM, BS, DIN, NACE and EN standards and cods (such as AZME B31.3) that they have relation with piping and steel storage tanks. Also, I’m higher up in welding, sand blast and painting inspections, preparation NDT, WPS(s) and PQR(s).

I’ve worked in the corrosion department. Our work was controlling the cathodic protection system of under ground pipes. We repaired coatings of pipes and replaced the old anodes by new ones.

Project: Investigation the TIG welding parameters on mechanical properties, NDT, structural properties, stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior of weldments in the aluminum alloy 5083.
Position: Designer and director
Job description: My aim was selected the best WPS until beside the good mechanical properties, also, the corrosion behavior of weldment was improved.
