Total Fourteen years multiple working experiences in heavy Construction Fields, current Five years as a Project Manager and past Nine years as a Project Engineer with offshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Aluminums, Electric & Powers, Dredgers, Shipping & Marine, Tanks & Pressure Vessels and etc. constructions and repairs Projects, Quality Assurance and quality Control, Wide experience in man management skills, Leadership qualities, problem solving and Analytical ability with strong commercial acumen. Well conversant with different international standards ASME, AWS, ASTM, API and BS Standards. Review of the Contract documents, Design, drawings, Identify the variation work and get approval from client, Review and approval of loading plan using by crane or hydraulic trailer on to the barge or trailers. Review and approval of sub-contractor’s method statements, Progress reports and Invoices. Project planning, resources control and preparation of payment certificates in liaison with planning department, acting as a focal point in liaison with client and sub-contractors. Releasing work orders for subcontractors. Testing & Commissioning of Plants with help of experts, Awareness of logistic department for customs clearance and preparation of shipping / export document for sea, air and road shipment, authentications of shipping / export documents with help of experts from local chamber of commerce and customs.
Manage the project taking into account integration across all areas. Engage with stakeholders. Develop Project Plan. Direct Project resources, Monitor and manage the project schedule, budget and risks. Deal with operational issues. Organize steering committee meetings, including ensuring that the minutes will be taken. Report to steering committee, raising strategic issues, Prepare Project Report and project change request for the steering committee, Ensure project meets requirements and objects. Manage Project Team members. Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects. Look after the interests of the project team. Organize and chair project reference group meetings, as appropriate. Communicate project status to projects sponsor, all team members and other relevant stakeholders and involved parties. Maintain project documentation.
