Position: Technical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Technical drawings for civil, structural and Architectural using
AutoCAD Software.
2. Has knowledge in preparing the cost estimates for bill of quantities.
3. Preparing tender documents, Method Statements, Plan and Procedures,
studying and understand the contracts and Scope of Works, Quantity takeoff
and Material Requisition.
4. Preparing 3D Models, Constructability drawings incorporate in Method
Statement, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Lifting Plan.
5. Coordinate with Consultants and other Contractors on all technical issues
relating to CAD drawings and provide support to the Construction Department
and Field Engineering to resolve Contractor Technical Queries and field
changes.

Additional Assignment

Position: QA/QC INSPECTOR

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site including
road works, civil and structural works. Collecting the relevant objective
proofs and ensure supervision of quality control activities on construction
and erection works.
2. A Quality Inspection of all activity accordance with Approve drawings,
Quality Procedures, Method Statement & ITP¡¦s (Inspection and Test Plan)
3. Prepare Method Statement and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) for Civil and
Mechanical and daily reporting of site activities.
4. Preparing all documents, RFI's, releases and hand-over documents to the
company.
