Heat exchanger & Pressure vessel Engineer

1 Over 9 years of experience in Design & Development of Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers in Power plants and Oil & Gas.

Participating in the operations of design modification team for the improvement in the existing Heat Exchangers
2 Coordinating the finalization, review & monitoring of technical specification, quality, cost & time targets for new projects.
3 Liaising with the entire product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing and testing activities.
4 Designing Pressure Vessels, Condensers & Heat Exchangers and selection of equipment associated with the above systems.
5 Reviewing basic design of Condenser cooling surface calculation, Equipment selection, Flow diagram, Closed cooling water cooler for GT, Wet type Cooling Tower, TCA & FGH for Gas Turbine, Service water Heat exchanger etc.
6 Assisting in the technical development, accuracy and uncertainty qualification, testing, regulatory licensing, and maintenance.
7 Providing technical support to sales, application engineering, and field services teams frequently at the customer site.
8 Strategizing & setting up procedures to facilitate smooth execution of projects.
9 Streamlining efforts for process enhancement & improving operational efficiencies.
10 Handling the complete operations entailing planning and testing in compliance to the set standards.
11 Carrying out the contract strictly according the contract requirements and in an effective and efficient way.
12 Bring to the client’s notice any obscurity or discrepancy, impossibility or incompleteness and alternatives, if and when these arise, and assist client to solve these problems.
