• Developed & Implemented business processes/procedures for Criticality Assessment (Asset Classification),Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause & Failure Analysis (RCFA) &, Warranty.
• Excellent knowledge of Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance etc...
• Practitioner of Quality & Reliability Engineering tools including, Incident Investigations (Root Cause Analysis - RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMEAs, Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Pareto Analysis, Risk Metrics Development, Criticality Analysis, Weibull Analysis, Hazard Analysis and Reliability Culture Development.
• Developed KPIs to Monitor, Track and Sustain maintenance, operations and reliability performance.
• Excellent experience of working with SAP, Minitab, MS Project, MS Office etc.
