• Self-correspondence into Arabic / English language and administrative, secretarial supports to the General Director, Project Executive Manager (Board of Directors), in preparing confidential business correspondence related to the Government, public and private organizations.
• Implementation secretarial & general administrative supports to multiple managers and other’s department heads, personal executive-level support to Ph. D. level professional & qualified Doctors, corporate officers and assisting to the management team with clerical works as needed.
• Translation works into Arabic / English & vice versa and documentation skills, capable for handling multiple administrative tasks and good command of oral and written English & Arabic.
• • Independent confidential business correspondence such as, processing Invoices, Vouchers, Purchase Orders, request quotation, offer quotation, apologies letters, and required business correspondence to the local & foreign companies.
