1.Working as Project Engineer and Supervision on 4 sets New Automatic LPG spherical vessel according to ASME VIII div.2 (2000 ton capacity each one) in Zarqa Refinery site.
*Site Activities:
1-Supervision on Welding activities of spherical vessels and related pipelines,
2- Installation of piping networks for (LPG, N2, Air, steam and fire fighting system).
3-Installation of Air Compressors and an LPG Transfer Pump.
4-Witnessing Hydrostatic Test of Spheres.
5- NDT for Pipeline, Firefighting line and Loading Arms.
6- Supervision of Control Room Facilities (including HVAC system).
7-Participating in the supervision of post weld heat treatment recorders (PWHT)and Installation of thermocouples and time recorders for spheres.
8- Reviewing some documents and drawings (plans, Isometric, Drawings (P&IDs) Related to Piping System , HVAC system, and Mechanical and Construction Procedures).
**Offices Activities :
1.Preparing some mechanical design drawing, follow-up of installation new of Sootblower and reduced crude pumps (using design criteria and restrictions according to international standard (e.g.: ASME /ANSI B31.3, API ).
2.Preparing piping stress analysis for the piping system of two new process pumps and four air-cooled tube bundles using CAEPIPE and CAESAR II software.
3.Preparing mechanical standard specifications and requirements for mechanical work related to new building projects (heating system, ventilation and hot and cold water net works) for workshop, mosque and laborers rest room.
4.Review of manufacturers/contractors design drawings, material document and mechanical calculations to ensure their design meet JPRC requirements (new Automatic four LPG spherical vessels 2000-ton capacity each).
5.Preparing draft standard specifications for purchasing several pumps (centrifugal pumps "slurry, stabilizer reflux, reduced crude, oily water, crude oil" and fuel oil screw pump).
6.Performing engineering calculations for works in hands through computer software's, and bolts load calculation and stresses of vessel of old reverse osmosis units and issued recommended solutions using available resources.
7.Reserving materials needed for the projects from JPRC main stores and procurement of special materials not available
