To obtain a challenging position as a Project Manager/ Director to develop my project management skills and contribute to the company¡¦s growth and success.

Apply strategic Project Management techniques to lead major multimillion dollar EPC projects successfully from contract award to handover. Responsibilities include but not limited to: overseeing of all Engineering disciplines, developing a project plan including critical path, expenditure schedule, overall project budgets, contract negotiations, procurement of all major equipment¡¦s such Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Exchangers, Coolers, Heaters, Control Panels, and other mechanical & instrumentation equipment such as Manual & Automated valves, field instrumentation, coordination of logistics for all procured items. Building a project team and defining a clear SOW and schedule requirements. Establish communication procedures and protocols for both in-house needs and for meeting clients reporting needs. Communicating with clients, and organizing weekly and monthly meetings with management, project teams and customers. Working closely with site construction manager & site team and provide onsite fabrication related support for all disciplines and dealing with fabricators and contractors for a timely completion of project scope. Building and communicating lessons learned to other departments after completion of a project.
