Site Q.C. Inspector based in Porto Ambiom Angola,ensuring contractors meet ITP requirements, all fabrication, blast/paint on subsea structures, double joint welding/FJC is carried out to the approved procedure, review welder performance on a regular basis, monitor progress, maintain daily log and issue weekly report including area’s of concern.
Reporting to the Q.A manager of any potential problems which may affect the schedule.
Involved in HSE procedures, noting and acting on any safety observations.

BUREAU VERITAS MAERSK AL SHAHNEEN DEVELOPMENT SEPT 2007-DEC 2009
Senior Site Surveyor based in Jebel Ali Dubai, responsible for reviewing Project specific Quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans and QA/QC procedures to be applied for project/job execution.
Review WPS and welder performance qualification records, PWHT and NDT procedures, Painting and Insulation procedures in accordance with company applicable specification.
Monitor Construction drawings revisions and follow up at site.
Carry out surveys as required, issue site memos, NCR’s as necessary and follow up corrective action.

Site Rep based in Lobito Angola ensured contractors/sub-contractors met ITP quality requirements, maintain traceability of worked items, carry out Q.C. audits, review welder performance data, and on the job compliance. Take pro-active steps to ensure the compliance of work in a timely manner and advise site management of potential risks to schedule’s. Maintain organised working files, NCR, T,Q, records.
Keep daily log and issue detailed weekly reports, including areas of concern, maintain full handover records.
Ensure compliance with company HSSE policies and procedures, carry out ASA’s and note all safety violations and acknowledge all actions of merit by the workforce.
