I assigned in the BAS Operator Technician (Building Automation System)
Trained by Honeywell and Alerton

- FCU ( Fan Coil Units ) and VAV’s ( Variable Air Volume ) Commissioning and Calibration
- Checking the Electrical Wiring Drawing and other As Built Drawing related to the BMS control using AutoCAD, for Alerton Device going to Mechanical Sensor’s.
- Monitoring of AHU ( Air Hundling Units ) Sensors, Specially the Supply Air Pressure and Exhaust Air Pressure for the Laboratory Buildings.
- Monitoring of Chilled Water System, Specially The Water Supply Temperature going to AHU’s.
- Monitoring of Electric Water Heaters Temperatures.
- Monitoring of VAV ( Variable Air Volume ) which is located to each offices and open Areas.
- Monitoring of FCU ( Fan Coil Units ) located in the Server and Electrical Rooms.
- Provide Trendlog Reports, Requested by Clients and Supervisors
- Making Reports using Microsoft Word and EXCEL and Send via email to respective Supervisors and Managers.
- Doing Preventive Maintenance for the DDC Panel ( Direct Digital Control ) and BCM panels ( BACtalk Control Modules )
- Checking the Inputs and Outputs from Actual Reading to Operator Workstation
- Checking System Problems in the Envision
- Making Monthly BACK-up of the Envision
- Monthly Tasklist Checking for the Communication of the Alerton Devices
- Trouble Shoot and Repair Computer Software and Hardware
