Responsibilities:
- Supervising concrete skeleton.
- Supervising blockwork and plaster.
- Applying waterproofing of sub-structures, wet areas, tanks, swimming pools and roofs.
- Supervising hardscape concrete (walk and drive ways).
- Assigning specific personnel for technical duties/responsibilities.
- Coordinating between activities such as technical scheduling and resolving site problems.
- Preparing completion reports of site.
- Monitoring on-going sites by actual inspections and coordination with site’s foremen.
- Have knowledge of finishing materials, methods and procedures.
- Understanding Materials, Tools and Manpower needed to complete project.
