Professional Experience
Have over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas construction industry, 13 years of which are in inspection and more recently, 3 years as Construction Manager. Have overseen 50+ major full-cycle projects, from 2 weeks up to 6 months. Consulted clients on ‘best scenario’ solutions and alternative options, participated in project budgets and cost estimations, planned aggressive schedules and timelines, and mapped out project staffing requirements. Create and implement workflow charts and coordinate tasks with contractors and superintendents. Track performance to schedules, including 30 to 90 day look-ahead and prepare progress and project statistic reports. Monitor inventory, shipping and receiving of materials, and procurement of supplies. Managed crews of up to 40+ staff on company operating procedures, policies, safety and quality control standards, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Have written personnel/contractor evaluations, and performed project quality control. Strong networker with a portfolio of strategic contacts in the industry.
