Hugo Sabril is a professional degree in computer engineering from the Rafael Urdaneta University, located in the city of Maracaibo in Zulia state, Venezuela, in 1996. He has over 14 years of experience and knowledge in the area of Industrial Automation Systems and Integration of Monitoring and Control Process Systems, acquired by his participation in many projects related to this area within the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical National Industry (PDVSA, joint ventures and contractors). He has developed applications for SCADA / HMI: Fix32 and Fix Dynamics, InTouch, Valmet Oasys, OnSpec, RSView32, Uticor, PanelView and Datapanel; has developed programs and adjustments of routines for RTU / PLCs: Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, Modicon, Siemens, Bristol Babcock; has configured and communicated dedicated devices to control and monitoring of electrical, motion, measurements, etc., has made loop tests, integral correspondence tests, cabling and wiring of control panels, instruments calibration, field supervision and training courses for maintenance and operations; Has Knowledge of: Operating Systems: MS Windows, Unix, Linux, Programming Languages: Pascal, C, Visual Basic, Database Managers: SQL Server, Visual FoxPro, Access, Internet: HTML, FrontPage, Flash, Dreamweaver; Planning, installation and configuration of Computers Networks, other applications for office, auto edition and image handlers and Design in AutoCad. Has supervised and given technical support to general activities of automation & IT. He has the capacity to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams of high performance, guide and manage the resources, skills and effort to the growth of the organization.
