cementing service supervisor

I am a highly motivated Cementing supervisor, seeking a challenging job in a multinational company, whereby my knowledge and skills are fully developed

?Coordinates two drilling onshore rigs, one offshore rigs and 6 work over rigs(Customers : Petrobel and Suco) .
?Responsible about Base safety, service quality,equipments,spare parts,ten personals
-Provide well support, and post job analysis to customers in designated area.
?Provide all cementing job calculations and programs:
?Develop and maintain personal relationships with the technical customer base.
?Provide technical support on location as required by the customer or PSL.
?Assure that adequate supplies and equipment are present at well site at all times.
?Offer advice on equipment capabilities.
?Responsible for company assets on locations.
?Functions as a communications link between customer and the Solutions Team.
?Service supervisor for cementing operation.
?Professional run Cemwin and Opticem design , Real Time job.
?Work with tuned light cement slurries down to 9.0 ppg, heavy wt. slurries up to 22 ppg on fly ,batch mixer and ultra fine cement
?Resolves job disputes and issues to approved levels.
?Evaluates service quality with the goal of improving performance.
?Provides technical expertise and solutions to the customer.
?Performs follow-up activities regarding job performance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
?Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others.
?Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
?Complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
?Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
?Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes
