Professional Experience


* Reporting to the Marketing Director, being an integral part of the administration department whilst also liaising with other departments, including accounts, operations, marketing & commercial.
* The role oversees all aspects of data entry and organizational structure of the company’s confidential database & CRM system.
* To maintain the CRM system and ensure all other database systems are regularly updated.
* To support the Managerial Team for the implementation of new procedures. To supervise and assist the management in streamlining processes in order to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
* The Overall purpose is to ensure all data systems are maintained, updated and developed in accordance with company growth.

* Effectively planning & prioritizing workloads as allocated by departments.
* Ensuring all information entered onto the CRM is updated and furthermore correctly entered
* Liaising with clients & UAS members in case of incorrect information on the system whilst maintaining high levels of client service at all times
* Maintaining employee information in terms of new starters and employees leaving.
* Development & implementation of improved CRM software by gaining a full understanding of departmental needs and liaising with in-house CRM software developers
* To take responsibility for the daily workload and standards of the department whilst effectively delegating workload between employee members.
* Follow, and provide positive feedback on, procedures that are introduced by the management team
* Taking part in Training Sessions as required
* Coordinate & negotiate prices with Handling Agents/Suppliers
* Prepare cost estimates. Forecast all financial aspects of the flights for clients. - Maintain close communications with clients to ensure procurement of flights.
* Coordinate with agents with client enquiries and provide detailed report back to clients
