Health and Safety. Emergency Response

I am seeking a position in either a HSE or Emergency response roll, either as a Manager/Supervisor, Trainer or Advisor.

I have extensive worldwide experience in the fields of HSE and Emergency management. I am trainer for Risk assessment, Permit to work, Energy isolations and all fire and rescue subjects.

City and Guilds teaching foundation certificate.
Currently on my NEBOSH Diploma
Currently working on IFE mature canditate

I was most recently employed in Libya as an H.S.E. specialist on a contract which I started in July 2009 and unfortunately have just been evacuated from there due to the civil unrest.
My duties in this position covered the whole spectrum of H.S.E. on a desert oil field from drilling to production. My particular terms of reference at that time were managing the drilling and work over HSE specialists, with regards to there site action registers and incident/accident reports and investigations. I was also the project manager for contractors and contracts which are classed as major projects. I was also managing the safety aspects of the contract and works for the company VAOS on a major tank cleaning and PM contract, MAN CO. on various contracts throughout the field and specifically liquid recovery unit sphere removal and gas boot and separator removal and replacement.
I am also fully competent in the field of emergency management and response at all levels. My previous position being the Emergency Management specialist for KPO in Kazakhstan.
I have in the past specialised in Risk assessment, Energy isolations and PTW for BP and worked as a Manager, Trainer and Advisor for these subjects, and more specifically the combination of isolations, risk assessment, PTW and there relationship with Confined space entry. I did previously travel the BTC pipeline from Baku in Azerbaijan to Ceyhan in Turkey with a confined space training unit.
