: I possess enough experience for execution of piping job for both above ground and for under ground piping of sizes varying from 15 mm Dia to 2200 mm Dia and MOC varying from Carbon Steel , Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel. I am familier with all steps of construction right from receipt of spool from fabrication shop to storage at site, safe erection , fit-ups , welding, NDT ,loop file preparation for hydrotest and hydrotesting of loop. I am familier with all types of testing like Hydrotesting, Pneumatic Testing and service test of loop. I am familier with all necessary activities for preparation of loop for hydrotest and carry out hydrotest. I have working experience for 30 " dia under ground gas transmission line and 2200 mm dia under ground sea water line besides above ground unit piping. I have working experience with highly safety conscious clients like Reliance Petroleum Refinery, Jamnagar (India) and KPO (Karachaganak Petroleum Operations) Kazakhstan. I have worked under three types of Permit Systems like , Cold Work Permit, Hot Work Permit and Confined Space Permit System in operating Plant like FCCU in Reliane petroleum Limted, Jamnagar (India).
Based on my experience, I am suitable for any type of field construction job in Petroleum Refinery Units and Oil & gas based power Plants

. My current responsibilities includes checking erection and alignment of all structural and pressure parts of 2 No. 72 TPH Steam Boilers , 1 No. 28 MW Steam Turbine and other rotating equipments like Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, Fans and Gear-Boxes. The Pressure Parts of the Boiler includes Water Wall Panels, Economizer and Super-heater coils, Boiler Feed Water and Steam Lines; all having Working Pressure of 88 Kg/cm2 and various working temperature from 1200 C to 5200 C. The MOC of these pressure parts are carbon steel A 106 Gr. B, A335 P11 and A335 P22. The Design and construction code is ASME B31.1.
