Hands on experience for Erection, commissioning, Startup-Shutdown, Troubleshooting for Polymer process.




Present Role: Shift Activity Coordinator -Reporting Production Leader.

Key Responsibilities handled:
Overall In-charge for the Unit Activities, for Plant personnel and Expertise Centers to coordinate prioritize and schedule the activities effectively to maximize the production by using all resource during shift.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of shifts. Provide hands-on operation of the plant to meet the established production objectives in a manner that meets EQUATE Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
