PRODUCTION OPERATOR / SUPERVISOR

Polymerizer, VCM Recovery Section, Stripping Column, Centrifuges, Product Dryer and Screening, Waste Water Recovery Section Stripping Column to Recover VCM in order to maintain VCM free Emission. Dewting System through two Parallel-Operated Centrifuges of 7.2 T/hr each. A Fluidized Bed dryer with the capacity of 14.4 T/hr.
equipped with most modern instrumentation to control moisture and other Product Quality specs. Now I am working in CCPP/Utilities Areas of EPCL which are given below

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Start up and shutdown of Gas Turbine.
o To control and maintain process parameters as a plant operator in field
Responsible to operate and monitor the smooth operation of all process
units/ equipments.
o Follow and maintain all operational instruction given by shift coordinator/shift engineer in day-to-day activities and coordinate all emergencies/operational activities with other duty operators.
o Participate in start up and shutdown of all related section/equipment.
o Responsible to prepare and monitor chemical handing in process area.
o During normal operation keep record of two hourly process parameters in field
o Responsible to continuous monitoring/improvement emissions & effluents with reference to environment to meet the NEQS.
o Follow up of HSE regulations and feedback in case of violations in this regard.
o As a member of Fire Squad Participates weekly drill and also participated actual fire fighting during different types of fire different leakages such as CAUSTIC, HCL, SULFURIC ACID, VCM, EDC, CHOLORINE etc.
