Professional Experience
As Integrity Engineer
1. Supervise NDT operators to apply inspection survey (UT, Shear wave Ultrasonic, MPI and visual inspection) on all plant pipelines, facilities and all plant equipments (Pressure vessels, LPG storage tanks, towers and heaters) according to Risk Based Assessment.
2. Prepare an execution plan to rectify these anomalies, solve the problems of the plant, and supervise the rectification actions due to the corrective work back.
3. Evaluate equipment condition and give necessary recommendations.
4. Prepare a technical reports included corrosion calculation for plant piping system and equipments with a suitable recommendation according to applying specification and applicable codes.
5. Inspect the insulation (cold &hot) and assess the criticality of the defects that found and issue the corrective action for them.
As Plant Inspector
1. Supervise and perform all shut down inspection activities as plant inspector.
2. Arrange all inspection documents (plan, procedures &reports).
3. Carry out the close visual inspection for all the plant components
4. Supervise all the thickness measurements for piping, vessels, and storage tanks.
5. Analyze all the data and initiate the repair procedure.
6. Apply all inspections for all equipment of refinery and petrochemical plant (columns, drums, heat exchangers, furnaces, boilers, flares, tanks and piping)
7. Compile written reports on its findings and recommendations to user departments
8. Keeping all inspection equipment history files up-to-date and also keeps on-stream inspection data current.
9. Inspect of all types of valves like ball valve, gate valve, plug valve, globe valve, needle valve and PSV,s etc
10. Check condition of safety relief valves prescribes repairs as required and witness relief pressure setting including hot setting where needed
11. Supervise Hardness survey and evaluation of results of pneumatic and hydrostatic tests.

B.sc in mechanical engineering (Mechanical Power engineering) from faculty of engineering – Alexandria University With grade "V. Good" June 2006
