Reviewing the Licensors (SHELL and Axens) Proposals /Basis of Design for each unit.
Finalizing with the Refinery Licensors the Process units Design Questionnaires/Duty Specifications.
Providing the Licensors with the wide refinery Basic Engineering Design Data.
Attending PFDs review meetings at the licensors offices and reviewing the Licensors/Contractors equipments data sheets and utilities consumption against the H&M balances.
Reviewing the process units chemical & plant effluent summaries.
Preparing sheets collecting data from different Licensors process units for the preparation of the Duty Specifications of the Sour Water Strippers, Amine Absorbers and Regenerators, Sulfur Recovery Unit, Industrial Gases and Power Generation Plant, choosing the best configuration of each unit to comply with the staged construction of the Project.
Conduct an overall utility balance of the plant.
