Professional Experience

Presently, assist in the development of the project proponents in the design, development and implementation of activities,such as administrative functions related to the smooth flow and coordination of all activities,research consultant in the conduct of operation, research/evaluation and monitoring assessment on RH in the City, ensure the preparation and filing of Annual Work Plan (AWP), Quarterly workplan, Quarterly Fund Authorization and Certificate Expenditures (FACE), and other financial reports as required by the UNFPA, preparation of meetings, symposia, round table discussion, interviews on Reproductive Health (RH) and other similar activities among social network in behalf of the City of Olongapo and City Health Office, and assists in the documentation process of all the activities. Notwithstanding my previous job description to other international companies such as Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company in Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company and Saipem Contracting Nigeria Ltd from where I earned my experience in laying of pipe/gaslines.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Metro Subic Colleges Inc. - Oct. 2004 – April 2005, then continued on Nov 2007 – Oct. 2008 but did not finish due to financial constraints. Have took up Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), Metro Subic Colleges Inc. Nov. 4, 2003 – April 5, 2004 and have earned my Clinical Experience No. of Hours earned 320 Hours, graduated and received 1st Honorable Mention. Also took up Caregiver Course in June 16 – Dec 19, 2003
Special Order No. (D) R-111 No. 03-07-(18) 25-009 S-2004 issued by the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) January 23, 2004, have recieved Certificate of Awards as 2nd Honorable Mention,Best in Clinical Experience and Leadership Awards. In 2977 - 1982 I took up Liberal Arts but did not able to gaduate due to a job in Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company from whee I was hired as Intemediate Clek but later on was promoted to Goup Dept/Sr. Executive Secretary.

Additional Information

Gathers information for cost control, planning and coordination which aided the group in timely submission of reports, such as;

Project progress (daily/weekly/monthly) of activities, surveying, right-of-way, trench/excavation, transportation of pipes to the line, stringing & bending, welding, joint coating, lower-in and tie-in, backfilling, road/pipe crossing, river crossing, cathodic protection and test post installation.

Monitor and update weekly/monthly manhour, manpower (local and expatriates).

Monitor monthly inventory reports such as foodstuff, fuel and other relevant reports as maybe requested on site.

Monthly update of materials/equipment and other consumables on-site for submission to the Manager for proper reporting to the Logistics Manager.

In 1999, was assigned at the main office (Lagos, Nigeria) as a human resources central contact person for expatriates, exercising individual initiative, diplomacy and judgement, directly reporting personnel matters to the head office, Switzerland (Saipem Ag) utilizing Email facilities which includes expatriate’s departure/arrival schedule of personnel from other countries like, Philippines, Thailand, Italy, Portugal, India, Turkey, Lebanon; monitoring of personnel movement on/offsite, receiving, recording and distribution of salary pay slips and increments; coordinates manpower and availability of position to be deployed on site and act as liaison between managers, supervisors and staff members.
