Working on challenging Mechanical and Electrical project for oil & gas company

From September 2008 to February 2011: Project manager for Bouygues on the Gautrain Project (RSA)
- Project manager on various structures: 5 Bridges, 500 m of Cut & Cover, 120m of Flyover, Drainage system, culverts, reinstatement of road and concrete finishes.
In charge of the production on site, organization of plant and scheduling of concrete. Working on resolution of design issues and on topics related to site activities (methods of works; purchase order, controlling stocks, quality and safety documentation)
- Managing Final acceptance by Client (Gauteng Province) after the 1 year liability period.


January-June 2008: Scientist report in Electronics and Energetic.(ICAM Toulouse France)
Project for Bouake (Ivory coast):
-Creation of an eggs box drier for a monastery in Africa (Bouake Ivory coast).
Design, conception and validation of a drier which can be built easily in Africa; cost less than 5000€.
-Research has been done in air flow, thermal exchange and power energy.

Project for Airbus (France):
-Design and fabrication of two test benches to validate technical specifications of a potentiometer (variable resistors) for Airbus Industry (Toulouse France).
-Airbus wanted to validate a new technology on the engine control lever in order to be 12 Kg lighter in the A350. I design two test benches (precision 0.01), one for life expectancy over 2million cycle and one for testing the potentiometer in bad work condition (-50C,+50C).
-I process series of test and analyse results on the rotating resistance (10kΩ) under bad thermal and, vibratory condition as well as life expectancy. The product had a resolution of 0.6° and less than 1.5° error. So the potentiometer reaches the specification and has been approved for implementation into the plane.

August-December 2007: Project Manager Assistant (Solar Turbines Europe SA Belgium)
-Management of engine retrofit in Spain (9 engine on 3 sites) for Solar turbines Europe SA.
Engineer in charge of the management of works, logistic, approval of installation and test and conditioning.
- Installation of new Turbines, construction of additional building and other utilities in a gas relay station. Selection of subcontractor and management delivery on site and installation. Solve design issues as missing sleeves, conduit cable or lake of power.

2005 /2008: Diploma of mechanical engineering at ICAM Toulouse (France).
2003/2005 : Special intensive maths/physics Class preparing to the “grandes ecoles ICAM” (institute Catholics of arts and “metiers”); specialized in PTSI (physics technology and sciences of engineer)
2003:“A level /BAC S” PAU option Sciences of engineer.
1997/2003 : Additional subject in general engineering science during last three years of secondary school .(electricity, electronics , mechanics ,physics , theorical and practical subject )
