Mai 2010 Till Date: Metal Engineering LLC As a Technical Office Head & Management Representative for Quality Standards (ISO 9001 and ASME Sec VIII Div .1)
• Monitoring site activities on regular basis for ensuring the work progress and safety measures in the projects.
• Daily meeting with staff personals and discussion regarding Quality, Safety and Project schedules
• Preparation of Bill of materials (BOM) and follow up procurement to meet the project schedule.
• Evaluation of the Vendors / Sub contractors based on the project requirements.
• Co ordination & follow-up with Sub-vendors for the sub-ordered materials and get the materials as scheduled for timely delivery of the products.
• Study P&ID, Plot Plan & Piping General Arrangement drawings and priorities the work based on the site condition and schedule.
• Preparation of Equipment erection method statement, Inspection test and plan, checking of foundation and erection of equipment on foundation with packing plate, alignment and grouting.
• Withdrawal of materials from the stores and prefabrication at shop as per the drawing and do necessary NDT like RT, MT, and PT.
• Preparation of method statement for piping tie-ins with the existing system.
• Installation of rotary equipments, leveling, preliminary alignment, grouting and final alignment with piping.
