Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering the highest levels of motivation and development of team, whilst ensuring compliance with company policy & procedure.
• Implement processes specific to store product/size/ location.
• Reconciliation with Accounts, Purchase and Sales.
• Implementation of FIFO & other related warehouse systems.
• Manage a team including; in store training, motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary & performance appraisals.
• Implement store layout, stock & fixture positioning according to guidelines.
• Ensure store is fully compliant administratively & procedurally according to company guidelines & deadlines.
• Weekly /daily analysis of reports & implementation of action plans where necessary.
• Manage manpower planning .
• To assist the Store Manager to achieve all company set objectives & maintaining cost controls.
• Implement & review all stock loss prevention controls.
• Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager.
