• To contact customers requiring electroplating jobs for zinc, hard chrome and electroless nickel plating thereby generating sales.
• Analysis of chemical solutions.
• To look after the Quality issues in the company, doing pre & post inspection of all jobs received and leaving the company.
• Communication with the consultant for development of hot dip galvanizing services in the new warehouse, getting approvals from government (Civil Defence, Baladia).
• Comminication and approval of suppliers for the plant setup (Civil, Electrical) for the new warehouse.
• Getting competetive quotes from suppliers and verification and approval and forward to the management for final approval.
• Initializing & monitoring the new setup of hot dip galvanizing & electro-galvanizing and managerial operations in the same.
• Planning production schedule, manpower and implementing the same.
