Lead Planning Engineer (Senior Drilling Engineer)
„ÏPerforming kick off planning meeting for all service companies;
„ÏEnsure beyond the best common process principles followed during planning and execution phase with planning Eng;
„ÏEnsure GWSI process is followed for major service contractors;
„ÏEnsure good communicate with the other drilling teams on lessons learned and performance improvement initiatives;
„ÏInitiate EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) Documentation.
„ÏPrepare detailed drilling program. Include details of geological formation depths and type, CSG, logging programs, bit selection, motor selection, mud types;
„ÏDetermine the AFE For G&E (Geological and Engineering) and finalize the Form-46 based on the SOR;
„ÏResponsible to initiate and follow NDS(Non Drilling Surprise) and MOC(Management Of Change);

Well Site Leader (Offshore and Onshore Rig)

„ÏCoach and mentor Rig Contract and Third Party staff in improving HSE and rig site operations including compliance with SMS and Gupco Well Operations Policies;
„ÏPerformance safety contract is prepared and updated on a hitch by hitch basis. Inputs to include daily SOC¡¦s and stop cards;
„ÏInitiate ERP For any incidents immediately, and then notifying the DTS;
„Ïa safety leader on the rig by leading safety discussions, participating in weekly safety meetings, preparing risk assessments, reviewing SJA¡¦s and signing PTW;
„ÏEnvironmental compliance with OBM cuttings disposal is achieved;
„ÏAccountable for knowing and complying with applicable regulations and Company HSE requirements and policies;
„ÏAdheres to all policies, procedures and guidelines associated with the company loss control program including onsite activities such as safety meetings, drills, accurate and timely accident/incident/near miss reporting, participation in accident/incident investigations, spill reporting, equipment inspections, etc;
„ÏAssist WSL to lead daily morning meeting discussion with Office team and rig site team to discuss current operations and the forward plan. Safety, operations, performance and logistics will all be discussion points;
„ÏAudit rig contractor PM system to ensure compliance;
