• Production of Rotor Blades (For 2100 KW capacities m/c) by RIM process.
• Preparing MIS Reports (Weekly Production Report, NC Report, Consumption Report & Coverage Report)
• Responsible for implementation and sustenance of 5S.
• Cycle time reduction and process optimization for Rotor blades
• Plan the procurement of materials/services required for production and coordinate with store, maintenance and purchase departments to ensure the smooth functioning of supply chain.
• Monthly planning with adherence to production target.
• Manpower scheduling and management.
• Conducting training programs time-to-time to enhance the skills of team members and as a result gain improved productivity.
