Maintenance Engineer - Planner

• Diagnostic of Oil & Gas plant maintenance system problems and recommend solutions both long and short term to improve performance production facility.

•Good experience in Commissioning / Start up and Shutdown Oil & Gas projects and CMMS.
•Assist for commissioning & Start up, of different projects and process chromatographs with special responsibility for Gas treatment plant with ENI & British gas Tunisia.
•Involved in many FATs (Factory Acceptance Test) of different new Equipments related to the Oil & Gas plants.
•Experience in drilling procedures with AGIP & SITEP.
Supervise maintenance contracts.
Supervision of Instrument Technicians and Trainees.
Equipment data collection and establishing equipment hierarchy structure.
Review & validate data from documents & physically from sites.
•Update & review technical equipment data forms design & define equipment.
•Prepare equipment data specifications.
Establishing preventive, predictive and major overhaul schedules and defining the required resources.
Establishing job plans and job frequencies.
Establishing equipment materials & recourses for planned plants shutdown.

Engineering Baccalaureate (final exam).
High School - high technology Engineering certificate.

* Gas Advanced Chromatograph - Oklahoma, USA.
* Turbine Control Systems (Woodward), UK
* Electronic equipments internal periodic courses certificates.
* Logic and Instrumentation - Levels 1, 2 & 3
* Regulation Practice courses - Levels 1, 2 & 3
* Poseidon 2000&PX2K, Cable Glands courses and certificates.
* First Aid periodic courses and refreshments.
* Team leader emergency response team onshore/offshore. Montrose (U.K) & Malta.
* Risk assessment course (JMS).
* Involved with ISO 14000 Support team.
