Professional Experience

ć General Project Administration veering documentation, categorization and control project meetings work orders management and Secretarial duties.
ć Assist in organizing schedule for meetings and maintain allotments for the conference room. Coordinate arrangements for refreshments. Record minutes of the meetings and keep a clear record of the activities
ć Arrange & prepare for company meetings both in & out of the office.
ƒá Prepare RFW¡¦s TQ¡¦s & SQS¡¦s & their supporting documents as per the request from Engineers.
ć Handle Travel Arrangements preparation of itinerary.
ć Typing & processing of Project documents & presentation using word & excel& PowerPoint.
ć Dairy management for meetings & conferences for the Project Manager.
ć Arranging office filing system for all the project documents (both paper & electronic)
ć Compose business correspondence, memorandum, and fax messages using well defined and pre-established standard formats.
ć Answer telephone calls and give information to callers or route calls to appropriate staff member.
ć Handle documentations for company project which includes distribution of letters and transmittals to concerned party.
ć Assist Project Engineers in finalizing the Daily and weekly Highlights.
ć Preparing expense report & submit to accounts department for review.
ć Travel & Visa arrangements for offshore job business travel and staff leave.Handle manage & order office stationery.
ć Preparing Invoice letters & processing invoices.
ć Prepare project weekly and monthly reports as per the Contracts requirement.Ensure the LOGS are kept on a timely basis for correspondence between the Client and the vendors and us.
ć Ensure that the letter notices from the client are appropriately replied to.
ć Raising the project Requisitions for the required materials as per the requests from Engineers.
ć Co-ordinate the procurement activities in support of the project.
ć Review requisitions to verify accuracy. Direct discipline Buyers to issue RFQ to the Vendor.
ć Follow up with the Buyers to ensure the delivery of the items on time.
ć Co-ordinate between Buyers and Engineers for requisitions.
Co ordinate with Sales & technical staff, Inter companies & Inter divisions, Clients, local & overseas suppliers for a job.ć Maintain a track of incoming enquires quotes & orders received.

Currently pursuing Bachelor of science degree in Psychology from Madras University ( India)
