Daily site safety inspection.
Organizing weekly safety tool box meeting.
Conducting drills, training such that Man over board, oil spills, working at height& Basis fire fighting.
Implementing, monitoring and training health and safety management system & procedure
Co-ordinating and ensuring the safe work permit system with our work permit receiver and work Permit Issuer.
Inspection Tug Boats, Crane Barges according to the safety plan
Co-ordinating the critical lift plan activities.
Arranging and Co-ordinating with heavy Equipment Inspection Department (ID) for periodic heavy equipment maintenance.
Inspection of fire fighting equipments and Issue Reports.
Ensure that all employees are of company Safety requirement.
Caring out of safety orientation programs to all types of work.
To create awareness among all workmen to adopt a thinking on Safety & workwith safety and ensure the use of P.P.E. to every persons on the job site.
Preparation of accident investigation reports.
All types of hot work activities handling & organizing safety precaution.
Inspection of Rigging tools and monitoring for safe rigging operation all types of heavy lifts.
Make certain that operator and attendants are qualified and trained for particular equipmentsKeeping record of safety reports of various activities.
Testing Co, H2s, O2, LEL by gas monitor before entry confined space.
Close co-ordination with Client & Project Management Safety team Team.
Advising preventions towards unsafe condition and unsafe acts to Our Sub-contractor Safety Officers & Concern Supervisors
