Handle volume planning, ordering, and importation of Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles. Other responsibilities includes inventory management, annual cash flow management and detailed process and review of the Company’s financial statements

Order and deliver Chevrolet units to respective dealers. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and inventory as per required by the management.

Review and process the Company’s accounts payables, reconciliation of accounts and prepare monthly reports

Perform processing of payroll system. Prepare Financial Statements based on the daily and monthly transactions


Handle all SGV branches’ transactions which include billings, collections disbursements and payables


Process job summaries for business partners and various departments of the company

Prepare billings of customer for both retainer fees and process billings. Maintain accounts receivable documentation and relate files both electronically and on paper
