Key responsibility: To make payment and receive deposit efficiently in shortest possible time and without any flows, Dual control of cash functions, ATM maintenance, Cash management includes maintaining vault limit and Cash balancing, Foreign Currency transactions like endorsement according to Bangladesh Bank rules, Foreign Currency purchase and sale and finally reporting to Bangladesh Bank.

Additional proficiency: Fair knowledge of the technique of Clearing, Remittance, Cash operation and submission of returns, Customer service on Credit card operation.

Training (Money Laundering Prevention Acts-2009 & Anti-Terrorism Act-2009): Completed training on Anti-Money Laundering and rules-regulations of Bangladesh Bank to provide banking sector.

Foundation Program: I have successfully completed “Banking Foundation Program”.

Training (Deferent types of Cards): Completed training on deferent types of cards Software operation and service to cared holder.

Experience of Software Operations:

Flex Cube & Universal Banking System Software: In order to support customer services as well as general banking like online deposit/withdrawal, Inter branch cash transfer, GL adjustment, served banking statement to customer, daily exchange rate conversion / adjustment.

Mozilla Fire Fox Software: This software is specially made for the different types of cards operations like Credit card, Debit card, Travel card etc.
Nikash Operation: This software specially used for the account payee cheque, DD, TT and foreign currency remittance posting. This software is developed by Bangladesh Bank.

Parcipatory Management Ability:

Ability to deal with diverse types of personnel in a friendly and familiar manner with good communication skill both in English and Bengali and able to perform in everywhere in Bangladesh in any difficulties otherwise than on demand of the organization.

M.Sc in Botany: Second class, Passing year-2003(Held on 2005-2006), from Government Azizul Haque College, Bogra, under of National university, Gazipur.

B.Sc (Hon’s) in Botany: Second class, passing year-2003sp (Held on 2004-2005), from Government Azizul Haque College, Bogra, under of National university, Gazipur.

Higher Secondary Certificate: Second division, passing year-1998 and Group Science from Santahar Government College, Bogra, Board of Rajshahi.

Secondary School Certificate: Second division, passing year-1996 and Group Science from Arji-Naogaon high School, Naogaon, Board of Rajshahi.
