Professional Experience
• Project work includes Quality Control and testing of A/G unit Piping, U/G Piping made up of CS, CS NACE, AS and SS.
• Conducting all Inspection as per approved ITP.
• Inspection as per QC plan of piping, like Material identification, Fit-up Weld, NDT Clearance, Dimensions & level check, mechanical clearance, Hydro- test, Painting .
• Conducting and evaluating WQT as per ASME Section IX.
• Inspection of the piping system in line with the GA drawings, P& ID, Isometrics & Support details.
• Evaluating non- destructive testing (MPT, PT and UT) of weld joints as per ASME Section VIII.
• Interpretation of RT films as per ASME B31.3 and ASME section VIII Acceptance standard.
• Implementation of approved procedures (WPS & PQR) and maintaining quality records as per quality management system requirements.
• Continuous monitoring of welding consumables and treatment of electrodes.
• Inspecting preheat, post heat and post weld treatment as per ASME V31.3 AWSD 10.10.
• Evaluation of post weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts.
• Circuit identification on P & ID for pressure test and prepare Test Packages.
• Inspecting lines in accordance with P& ID isometric drawing for mechanical clearance.
• Issue Punch List and follow- up.
• Line history sheet (LHS) preparation.
• Co ordinates for NDT, PMI ,Hardness etc.,

• BE in Mechanical engineering from Hindusthan college of Engg&Tech,
Coimbatore (2005-2009) (Anna university,Channai) with 65% aggregate
SPECIALIZATION
• TWI CSWIP 3.1 Exam attended on 26.05.11 under SIS, Chennai
• Certified in Post Engineering course of Oil field Engineering and Quality
