I'm working in IT field for 8 years, three years in Egypt, four years in U.A.E and one year in Qatar. I'm holding six networking and system certificates in addition to Computer and Electronics Engineering Bachelor degree.

Managing and Troubleshooting Network Connections between branches and Main Data Center (VPN over MPLS).
Managing and Troubleshooting LAN connections (Microsoft operating systems, User’s Desktops, Servers and Network Infrastructures)
Configuring and managing Internet Security Policies (Proxy Server and Firewall).
