Managing and Overall Supervision of Project Controls department and Planning Section of the Company. Supervising and controlling a group of project control staff within the department
Responsible for the management of the project control /Services activities including scheduling, budgeting for the EPC Contract. Lead development of project control execution strategies
Develop Company Planning and Project control policies and procedures and custom reporting formats as required.
Develop Project Controls programs, Schedules and all Project control Systems as required responding to proposals /Inquiries.
Establish Project Plan, WBS, and Reporting Structure and ensure that these are followed.
Prepare, agree and issue all the Planning documents in accordance with Company Procedures and client/Owner requirements.
Ensures that contractor delivers Project Controls and planning deliverables according the requirements.
Liaises with Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Project Coordinator and Contracts Manager /administrator on requirements issues.
Integrate Schedules from different locations to prepare & update a Master Schedule.
Analyze the schedules and reports and take corrective actions by formulating mitigation plans and carry out delay analysis. Provide early warning to project management.
Review and Analyzes availability of current and future construction contractor work fronts i.e. availability of Engineering deliverables and Owner /Contractor supplied materials.
Review E&HS and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) updates with the Project Cost Engineer and Identify adverse trends in progress and Man-hour expenditure
Prepare and Review of Critical Path and Logic Diagrams, Manpower and Construction Equipment Histograms, Bar Charts, Progress and Cost Curves.
Format, Develop and Perform Engineering, Procurement and Field construction progress measurements and Assessments
Prepare Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Costing and Accounts Management Systems through company provided software
Carry Out SRA (Schedule Risk Analysis) and CRA (Cost Risk Analysis) and Maintain Risk Status Reports and Register
Review and Approve the Subcontractor Schedules /Programs, Cost Reports /Analysis, Productivity Reports /Analysis and Payment Certificates and Invoices
