Consultant, Turkey & Spain NATO Bases Maintenance Contract
Analyze and optimize all the maintenance operations of NATO bases in Spain and Turkey. Steer and direct all the proposal development activities; Estimating manpower and non-labor resources, preparing quotes for the vehicle operations, the maintenance work of pipelines, runways, roads & parking lots, hospitals. Maintenance contract bid estimated worth was 380 million USD for the next four years, covering 1800 employees and five different military installations
Clinic Director
Coordinated all administrative details of the clinic. Organized the remodeling of the building according to the government guidelines. Procurement of the medical equipment and supplies. Set up the procedures for the receiving and the inventory management and the customer/patient service. Supervised medical, secretarial staff and ancillary personnel. Troubleshoot staff / general administration conflicts and issues. Made sure that each area of the clinic functions well as a unit and fulfills its role within the organization’s overall purpose and plan. Kept track of the quality assurance measures involving patient care and employee performance. Reduced the staff by 15% while increasing the number of patients 120%, reducing the treatment cost 20% per dialysis session.
Prepared budgets & reports for the shareholders and monitored expenditures. Resolved policy issues with the local City Health Department and the regional Social Security departments.
Developed and maintain a positive public image for the clinic with the local people and the media. Organized functions for the employees and the patients.
