- Prepare and update the time schedules for the fiscal year activities.
- Prepare reports monthly/ weekly progress report for the department activities.
- Gather and issue the monthly report that covers the Company activities and issue the report to the Shareholders.
- Compile/ coordinated documents for Contracts Variation Orders.- Edit/ Modify Contract Documents.
- Review and Approve Invoices.
- Prepare monthly/ yearly accruals forms.
- Coordinate Document Management/ correspondence system.
- Update the logs of Change Orders, Requests for Information and Claims Notices.
- Prepare action lists.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings.
- Follow Up Procurement Activities.
- Coordinate with and support all Technical staff either at HQ or at site.
- Prepare and update in cooperation with the site maintenance planner a shutdown schedule.
