• Field Operator
1. Fuel Discharging
- Preparing of all receiving tanks prior of fuel discharging and we ensure that all receiving tank valves and vents are properly operated.
- Ullaging, water sounding and temperature measurement.
- Operate, control and monitor booster pump.
- Conduct low point until product samples are clear in all low points after discharging and we ensure that all pipelines are fully repacked before taking final gauge.


2. Local Tanker / Barge Loading
- Preparing of all issuing tanks prior of fuel loading and we ensure that all issuing tank valves and vents are properly operated.
- Ullaging, water sounding and temperature measurement.
- We make sure that the right volume we issue for loading is exactly based in loading nomination.

3. Tank Truck Loading
- We check first that all safety precautions had been taken before loading started.
- We get opening and closing meter before and after loading and properly recorded.
- After loading we check that the product level on each compartment gauge marker.
- Seal all valves and compartments before allowing tank truck to leave the loading rack.

5. Gas Free Testing
- Conduct gas free testing prior of issuing work permit clearance and confined space entry permit for safety.

6. Drive and operate Vacuum Truck, Tank Truck and Fire Truck for operation
7. Control and monitor all oil movements within the oil depot terminal
- Prepare / line-up tanks within the terminal facility under company’s Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP ) in locations needed by the terminal operations.
- Conduct tank gauging.
- Conduct daily facility inspection to ensure environmental metrics are maintained within the consent for safe operation.
