• Engineering management, engineering project management, engineering consultancy & construction services, or technical position with responsibilities for design, development, construction & installation supervision, maintenance & operation, and co-ordination for certification & regulatory compliances for EPC or PMC scope of project work for mechanical engineering in consulting, industrial, power, offshore/onshore oil & gas, or petrochemical industry.
• PMC scope of works for engineering studies and develop compliance strategies for certification and classification requirements, as well as to ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards & regulations such as API, ASME, NFPA, NACE, CFR, NEMA, ANSI, UL, IEEE, EPA, OSHA, ISO 9001, Lloyd’s Register Rules & Guidelines, etc.
• FEED & EPC scope of works for feasibility studies & engineering design for the development of fixed equipment and storage system, piping system, interface/coordination with multidiscipline engineering teams.
• Perform engineering consultancy and assessment, review of technical work and reports, risk assessment and safety evaluation studies, HAZOP, reliability practices including root cause analysis (RCA), etc.
• Lead engineering field work with Safety First approach applying Company and Client standards and procedures.
• Develop procedures and processes, and arrange implementation of these for ISO 9001 compliance
• Prepare/develop/update/revise of mechanical engineering discipline proposals, company specifications and construction standards in accordance with applicable international codes, standards, rules & regulations, client’s specifications and contract commitments.
• Preparation of reports, bids and technical proposals for procurement and participation in tender invitations.
• Experienced professional with in-depth industry experience (14+ years).

• MS in Applied Math – Computer Science from University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, Oklahoma in Dec 1998.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in Nov 1993.
