April 2008-till this date: Currently in an EPC Company dealing mainly with Water Treatment Plants, Solid Waste Managements, Infrastructure Development Projects, Construction, Engineering, Oil and Gas segments here in Abu Dhabi and their international projects all over the world. Being recruiter to some project in manpower planning and hiring date estimation. Monitoring the recruitment staff for the flow charts of task and activities. Budget planning between the client and the consultant side. I handled the recruitment project (manpower supply and budgeting) in ADWEA BOOT SWWTP. Maintaining database access and ERP reports about recruitment, mobilization, and joining details of each employee in the Company. Conducting pre orientation for newly joined staff regarding brief details and expectation between employee and company.
