Current Job and Process:

• Presently I am working in KIT-KAT manufacturing plant. I am working in this plant from beginning of the project. We have here chocolate making, Wafer making, Melting, Molding and final packing lines.

 Chocolate making is completely automatic. We have Share mixer, 2 roll refiner, 5 roll refiner and conch. All of them are from buhler company.
 Wafer making and packing are from hebenstrait (Germany).
 Molding lines are from aasted @ 40 m/p. and OPM @ 30 m/p.
 Wrapping lines are from SIG Pack. (Bosch)These lines are high speed @750c/m. And are totally automatic with robotic control.
