„uOver 6 years of rich experience in Operation & Commissioning of Combined Cycle Power Plant & Desalination plant.

„uSupervising safe & reliable operation of 2730 MW (IWPP) Combined Cycle Power Plant and 63 MIGD Desalination (SIDEM) plant.The plant configuration is:
„uGas Turbines: 8 x 234 MW (M701F, 4 stages, 3000 rpm) ¡V MHI make
„uHRSG: 8 x 450 t/hr High Press (101 bar) Duct Firing SCR type HRSG, Doosan-Korea
„uSteam Turbine: 4 x 260 MW ¡V(TC2F-30, Mitsubishi make IP/LP Extraction)-MHI make
„uOperating & Control : DCS based on EMERSON OVATION Operating Station and
System DIASYS Netmation control system.
„uDesalination Plant: Total 10 nos. Of Multi Effect Distillation (MED) units (SIDEM MAKE) each 6.3 MIGD capacity.
„uOperates the power plant (GT's / HRSG's / ST's) and BOP in a safe, economical and reliable manner.
„uOperates the MED and co-ordinates with Local Water Operator for sea water intake /Trash rack activities as well as Auxiliaries hypo, lime, CO2 in a safe, economical and reliable manner.
„uCalculates the daily individual units power/steam generation and gas/ liquid fuel consumption and submits to Shift Manager.
„uAnalyses the log report to pin point any problems and takes immediate actions as delegated to avoid trips & disturbance that could lead into lose of lives & revenue.
„uRaise work orders to report on faulty equipment or abnormal occurrences.
„uCalculates the daily power / steam generation according to the time ensuring that generation covers the required level.
„uCheck and review the operating conditions and records in order to investigate the weak and troublesome point in advance of any occurrence.
„uMaintain the operating equipment and facilities in sound and clean condition.
„uMaintain detailed operation logs and reports for all operation activities.
„uCarry out equipment change over and isolation of the equipment for planned and emergency maintenance and normalization of the plant thereafter.
„uFollow safety rules and ensure close adherence to the safety, environment and quality requirements.
„uConducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures.
„uMonitoring and optimising processes, troubleshooting problems and improving efficiency.
„uWorked as an Interface Commissioning Co-ordinator for PTW (making PTW, LOA, LOTO and verifying the isolation and de-isolation) between the EPC and Owner during commissioning.
