Responsibilities:
•Human Resources Planning/HR Budgeting(Forecasting)
•Developing quarterly and annual Recruitment and Selection Plans.
•Development of recruitment policies and procedures to foster company vision, mission and values.
•Establishing TAT (Turn Around Time) for mobilization of the candidate on site and initiating hiring process proactively to meet deployment schedule/plan as per requirement of the project.
•Identified, negotiated and managed around 5 recruitment partners in various geographies such as GCC, Malaysia, India, UK and USA to generate a pool of relevant candidates.
•Carrying out complete recruitment process (Sourcing short listing-screening resume, carrying out interviews, Selection and Job Induction/Orientation, Placement.
•Conducting annually 4 interview campaigns in India, Pakistan, Malaysian, Philippine and GCC for Construction & Maintenance Projects.
•Conducting competency based interviews for functions such as Development, Commercial, Design, Technical, Project Execution.
•Salary negotiation with selected candidates and ensuring hiring with in the budget for the vacant position.
