A.Opex. & Capex Budget .B.Fixes Assist Register H.Methanol Inventory Accounting I.Clculate Current Month Cost Of Goods Sold - COG’s –J.Calculate Current month Production / Sales qty and Plant Gate Accountings Cost .

At E-Methanex . Cost Engineer A-Assist in reviewing the invoices covered by " Engineers & Procurements and Commissioning Contract EPC B-Assist in reviewing & processing for payment the invoices covered by "change orders subject to EPC Contracts terms & conditions ".C-Assist in coding the expenditures according to company policy and procedures.D-Assist in updating the commitment " budget " & actual cost and forecasting estimation to complete .E-Reconcile the actual expenditures according to payment support documents.F-Assist in analyses the actual cost and compare it by the commitment " budget " G-Assist in finalizing and update the project time schedule H-Assist in finalizing the project cost forecasting.I-Assist in finalizing the project handover from project to manufacturing phase .J-Assist in establish Fixed Assets register and switch it from Project to Operations.Cost & Controller / Analyst A.Opex. & Capex Budget preparation and submitting – Forecasting .B.Budget Control - Analysis/Control to Budget against Actual and submit Corp. reports C.Capex Using Oracle , Maximo software ( AFE\s , Purchase process , etc.. ) and holding AFE’s register using Company procedure & process and SOX D.Fixes Assist Register and deprecations calculation / recording Using Oracle , Maximo software ( Register , add , disposal , depreciation , etc..) using Company procedure & process and SOX.E.Monthly Plant utilities & facilities accrual and amortization.F.Monthly reconciliation to accruals accounts to Balance sheet./ Income Statements General Ledgers G.Gas Procurements ( Control , Contract Administration , invoices , make up gas etc.. ) using Company procedure & process and SOX. H.Methanol Inventory Accounting ( Fixed Cost , Unfixed Costs , Variable , Direct / Indirect Costs , Cost per ton , plant cost , Sales Cost , etc.. ) using Company procedure & process and SOX..I.Clculate Current Month Cost Of Goods Sold - COG’s – and recoding the necessary Journals using Company procedure & process and SOX.J.Calculate Current month Production / Sales qty and Plant Gate Cash Cost & Plant Gate Accountings Cost and submit Corp. reports.K.Calculate Forecasting month / quarter Production / Sales qty and Plant Gate Cash Cost & Plant Gate Accountings Cost and submit Corp. reports.
