*Work Experience:

From 13-04-2009 to 7-12-2009 I worked in Egypt Nano Technology co.
As a Maintenance and Production Engineer in a production line which consists of:

jaw Crusher, hammer Crusher, Gear boxes, material convening, double shaft mixer, extruder, furnace works by a gas burner, bag dust collector filter, pendulum mill, electro magnetic feeders, bucket elevator, blowers, cyclones, reciprocating compressor, screw compressor, powder packing machine, 3 phase induction motors, inverters, proximity sensors, temp sensors, pressure sensors and control panels.

From 20-12-2009 to 27-4-2010 I worked in Valley of the Kings co.
As a maintenance engineer on a welding machines, CNC punch machine, drill machines and lathe machines.

From 1-5-2010 to 15-3-2011 I worked in AlexPlast co. As an Operator, Maintenance and Production Engineer.

Job duties:

I operate a production line which is a ball mill to produce a caco3 powder with required fines depend on orders such as 7micron or higher using a variable speed classifier and I operate the pin mill production line to coat that powder with stearic acid. While maintenance take part when any failure happens to that production line.
