Design Skills:

1. Well versed with heat load calculation by,
a. Manual E-20 forms from career hand book.
b. By using following software’s,
i. HAP V4.15.
ii. Block Load.
2. Duct Sizing by,
a. Constant friction method.
b. Velocity method.
3. Pipe sizing by using Carrier or ASHRAE hand book.
4. Head Calculation of chilled water pumps.

Construction Skills:

1. HVAC fresh air/ supply air / return air Duct sizing by using software.
2. Reading Design drawings.
3. Understanding contract specification for materials and site works.
4. Reporting the contradictions between specification, drawing and contact if any to senior Engineer.
5. Preparing quantity take off from design drawing.

6. Evaluating the quantity difference between design drawing and shop drawing, obtaining the approval from senior engineer and requesting for ordering the materials.



7. Supervising the ongoing site works.
8. Co-ordinating with other Services and reporting the co-ordination problems if any at site to the Sr. Engineer for further solutions.
9. Updating the site progress to senior engineer for monthly billing.
10. Thorough knowledge of split, ducted split, package units.

Presently Working in one of the CONTRACTING CO,QATAR from JUNE 2010 to Till Date.
Designation: HVAC Engineer.
Project: SECURITY PRINTING PRESS,QATAR.

The project is with G+1 floor where I am responsible for HVAC Ducting, , Chillers, Pumps, Fans, AHU’s, FCU’s, Package and split units Installation for the ongoing project and reporting to Sr. Mechanical Engineer.

Before this job, I was working as service engineer of eicher diesel gensets (service dealership)
In BELGAUM,KARNATAKA.
